Immersion RC’s Announces New Vortex Mini Racing Quadcopter on Tested
Immersion RC is already well-known for their popular line of video transmitters and receivers and now they’re about to release a ready-to-fly (RTF) mini racing quad-copter. The Vortex is due for release in February 2015.
Immersion RC has already released a line of mid-sized quad-copters called “Xu-Gong” that incorporate some interesting features, like articulated locking aluminum arms and the Vortex has some novel features, too. The Vortex has a clever two-level vibe-damping platform to eliminate jello from the flight camera and the recording cam, as well. It has tubular carbon folding arms and an integrated 24-bit RGB LED tail light panel.
